"WE HELP... WHEN YOU HURT" ...and that is why today you' will find our office filled patients who suffer with spine and disc pain conditions... and only spine and disc pain conditions. It's what we do best. We treat using a select combination of procedures that deliver reliable and predictable results. Our treatment programs center around the Articulating ROM Antalgic-Trak® Decompression System combined with the Bass "8-step" Protocol.
Step 1: Strategic Intake - This is our consultation and examination. It is where we learn about you and where we begin the process of determining how your condition will be treated in our program.
Step 2: Weight Bearing X-ray and MRI Analysis - Because we utilize postural decompression, we'll need to evaluate the alignment relationship between your vertebrae and discs. This valuable information enables us to precisely position the "Antalgic-Track" to fit your spine. No two spines are the same.
Step 3: Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression - Antalgic-Trak® is new. It is the most advanced "state-of-the-art" non-surgical decompression system in the world. It is used to treat herniated and bulging discs as well as the spinal distortions that can cause them. It also improves vertebral spacing, gliding and the dynamics of spinal movement (range of motion).
Step 4: Soft Tissue Mobilization Techniques - Its important not to neglect the muscles, tendons, ligaments and circulation of the spine. We utilize a variety of adjunctive therapies that can improve these tissues including massage, acupuncture, mobilizing manipulation and stretching exercises.
Step 5: Nutrition - You are what you eat... as we rebuild and hydrate your injured disc we can improve the outcome with specialized supplements formulated to rebuild the disc cartilage and surrounding tissues.
Step 6: Diathermy Therapy - Short Wave Diathermy produces a wave of electromagnetic energy that can stimulate healing. It has the ability to reach further into the disc and spine than any other electrotherapy. Diathermy heals by improving the circulation, reducing deep muscle spasms and calming irritated nerves. Simply stated, it speeds up tissue metabolism.
Step 7: Stabilization Belting - We utilize special "belting" to separate and stabilize your spine between visits.
